Toxicologist / Biologist / Regulatory Toxicologist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Study supervision and evaluation: Monitoring and analyzing toxicological studies, including conducting and evaluating animal studies
- Advancing animal-free methods: Developing and implementing innovative alternatives to animal testing, such as in-vitro methods or simulation-based models
- Regulatory support: Assisting with the registration of chemicals in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., REACH)
- Toxicological assessment: Evaluating the toxicity of research products and new substances to analyze their safety profile comprehensively and minimize risks
- Report preparation: Preparing and reviewing toxicological reports and expert opinions that serve as a basis for safety assessments
Your profile:
- A degree in toxicology or a related field such as biology, chemistry, or biochemistry, with substantial experience in conducting toxicological studies and chemical registration
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- Strong analytical skills, combined with a structured way of working and the ability to clearly communicate complex matters
- Passion for developing and implementing innovative, animal-free methods, as well as team spirit and the willingness to actively contribute to interdisciplinary projects
