Wir suchen am Standort Heidelberg ab sofort und unbefristet einen Elektroniker (m/w/d) als Verstärkung in unserem Instandhaltungsteam für den Bereich Facility-Management.
Elektroniker im Facility Management (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Anlagen, Systemen und elektrischen Installationen unter Einhaltung aller gängigen Sicherheitsvorschriften und -standards
- Fehlerdiagnosen und -behebungen bei Störungen an elektrischen Anlagen
- Nicht elektrische Tätigkeiten im Bereich Facility Management, wie Instandhaltung an Gebäuden, Infrastruktur und unseren non-GxP Facilities und Laboren
- Beauftragung und Koordination von externen Technikern, Handwerkern und Dienstleistern, sowie Vereinbarung von Wartungs- und Servicevereinbarungen
- Dokumentation von Wartungen, Instandhaltungen und sonstigen Tätigkeiten
- Erstellung von Wartungsplänen für elektrische Anlagen und Installationen
- Erneuerung, Instandhaltung und Installation von elektrischer Infrastruktur
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation zur Elektrofachkraft
- Erfahrung mit Wartung und Instandhaltung von elektrischen Anlagen und im Facility Management wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der elektrischen Sicherheitsvorschriften und Normen vorteilhaft
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis
