We have been an independent service provider for the agrochemical, industrial chemical and pharmaceutical industry since 1996, and now have over 460 employees at sites in the EU, Asia and the USA. As an industrial service provider with an international focus, we offer comprehensive advice on the registration of agrochemicals, biocides, industrial chemicals, veterinary pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biotechnological pharmaceuticals.
 
 
To support our team we are currently seeking an
 
        Environmental Fate Modeller - Agrochemicals (m/f)
        Ref. No. 2015-34/JV
 
 
Role and Responsibilities:
 
  • Conduct environmental exposure modelling studies in the context of European regulatory framework for crop protection products
  • Provide regulatory support and develop risk assessment solutions for our clients
  • Prepare assessment reports and dossier sections
  • Build-up, maintain and share practical knowledge in a growing, strongly team-oriented working group
  • Communication and close co-operation with our clients
 
 
Profile and Qualifications:
 
  • University degree in environmental science, geoscience, agricultural science or equivalent; PhD degree would be a benefit
  • Experience in environmental fate processes and modelling of chemicals
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent language skills in English and German (spoken and written); additional language skills would be an asset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team
