We have been an independent service provider for the agrochemical, industrial chemical and pharmaceutical industry since 1996, and now have over 450 employees at sites in the EU, Asia and the USA. As an industrial service provider with an international focus, we offer comprehensive advice on the registration of agrochemicals, biocides, industrial chemicals, veterinary pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biotechnological pharmaceuticals.
To support our team we are currently seeking an
   Experienced Regulatory Toxicologist - Agrochemicals (m/f)
   Ref. No. 2015-22/JV
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Registration of agrochemicals according to the European, national and global regulatory framework
  • Review and evaluation of toxicological studies and publications
  • Evaluation of human health effects of agrochemicals
  • Development of registration and testing strategies
  • Preparation of exposure and risk assessments as well as expert statements
  • Preparation of registration dossiers
  • Close communication and cooperation with customers, the relevant authorities, CRO’s and related experts
 Profile and Qualifications:
  • PhD in toxicology, pharmacology or equivalent
  • More than five years professional experience in regulatory toxicology according to European standards
  • Experience in preparing dossiers in line with legal requirements for the registration of agrochemicals within the EU
  • Board certification as toxicologist (ERT, DABT or equivalent)
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of Regulatory Toxicology including hazard, exposure and risk assessment
  • Very good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent language skills in English and German (spoken and written); additional language skills would be an asset
  • Ability to work in a team and self-motivated
