The major focus of the planned project is to investigate signaling networks that regulate cell fate decisions in the intestinal epithelium in response to oncogenes. For this, we will use transgenic mouse models, organotypic tissue cultures and modern genomic techniques, such as CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, and high-throughput sequencing.

Applicants should hold a diploma or masters in biology or a related field.

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual who is keen to work in science.

The grouping is done taking into account the personal circumstances according to salary group 13 of the fee structure for TV Charité, with 65% of weekly working time, temporary for 3 years.
