Associate Director GPM and Marketing (m/f/d)

Position Description

  • Optimize financial performance and leverage resources required for marketing success and related business performance of the portfolio.
  • Create, execute and deliver competitively robust, practical go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and 3-5 year plans.
  • Build your influence and leverage your expertise within and across regional sales, marketing and support functions, representing the sample stabilization and isolation market by providing input into portfolio related business decisions and resource planning.
  • Lead the successful development and flawless implementation of new product launch plans and related commercialization strategies and activities.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally to build constructive collaborations in the industry.
  • Support creation of the annual revenue budget and drive execution to achieve budget goals.
  • Manage the team expense budget and portfolio/brand marketing expenses.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline and minimum 5-7 years of relevant expeence in in life science or molecular diagnostics environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of molecular biology principles; knowledge of RNA/DNA sample prep is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and practices.
  • Results-driven and action-oriented with ability to be flexible and agile.
  • Ability to function in a complex, matrix business environment is essential.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Willingness and ability to travel (up to 30%).
  • Ability to manage both, complex personal tasks and team work.
  • Thrive in a fast changing environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills & willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and people skills are needed to succeed in this role.
