PhD fellowships Marie Curie
We invite applications for 3-year PhD fellowships to start between September and October 2016 to work with one of the host organisations. The Fellows will benefit from secondments in academia and industry, training and transferable-skills courses and active participation in workshops and conferences. You will be offered a salary plus mobility allowance and family allowance (if applicable) in line with the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Horizon 2020 requirements for Early Stage Researchers. more information on the MSCA ITN: http://ec.europa.eu/mariecurieactions
Applicants must satisfy the donor's eligibility requirements: at the time of the recruitment by the host organisations, the candidates 1) must not have resided in the host country for more than 12 months in the last 3 years, and 2) must be in the first four years of his/her research career and not have a doctoral degree.
Candidates should either have a Diploma or Master in life science, preferential in biology, immunology, or related fields. A solid background and understanding of physiology and immunology as well as good knowledge in various methods such as microscopy and flow cytometry is a plus. Experiences in mouse handling are preferable. Moreover, the candidate is highly motivated and willing to work in an interdisciplinary team. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
