Short-term research positions (at least 3-6 months) are available in a 
multidisciplinary research group at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, US for 
highly motivated applicants to participate in research on the effects of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the development, and healthspan using C. elegans as a model organism. The research involves methods in genomics (DNA, RNA extraction, qRT-PCR, RNA seq), cell biology and microscopy. Applicants are expected to have excellent grades, and extensive practical experience in the biological sciences. Compensation for additional living expenses will be provided. Possibilities to conduct a master/diploma thesis exist as well.
