We are looking for a highly motivated PhD Student, who is interested to work in the field of immunology and cellular signaling. The research will focus on the regulation of the immune response by cellular signaling in the context of inflammation, autoimmunity and cell death. In particular, the innate and adaptive immune system will be analyzed in vivo and in vitro systems. The aim is to understand development of inflammatory diseases and to develop therapeutic strategies with basic research techniques. Our models focus on the immunological aspects of multiple sclerosis, colitis and bacterial infection.
