Recent technological breakthroughs in proteomics position us in the verge to access previously hidden information of the human proteome. However, key analytical tools are missing.
We are looking for a bright and motivated student with knowledge in the analysis of proteomic data (using software such as Skyline, OpenSWATH, or similar) and bioinformatics. Programming skills in R, perl, python, etc, are desirable.
The candidate will develop a novel analytical tool, working together with a group of multidisciplinary researchers.
Home-office (upon regular net meetings) working conditions are possible.
