Scientist Protein Analytics (m/f)

Area of Responsibility

  • Support developmental projects as protein analytical expert
  • Support filing processes to health authorities by compiling analytical reports and regulatory documents
  • Evaluate and interpret stability study results using statistical tools (e.g. equivalence testing, analysis of covariance)
  • Manage analytical method transfers to internal and external partners
  • Coordinate the implementation of new analytical technologies
  • Manage deviation investigations and tracking of compliance activities according to defined timelines
  • Lead continuous improvement concepts and quality initiatives
  • Establish and sustain inter-departmental networks to facilitate knowledge exchange


  • Education: PhD in biochemistry, biotechnology, biophysics, chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent
  • Languages: English / German beneficial
  • Experience: Relevant experience, of at least 5 years, in (pharmaceutical) industry, strong knowledge in instrumental analytical techniques for recombinant proteins, especially HPLC and electrophoresis, experience in statistical data evaluation as well as strategic and operational working methods
  • Personal skills: Team player who drives for optimal results in a complex environment
