We are a young research group located in Tromsø, Norway, working on theoretical analysis of biological processes. Our research is performed in close collaboration with experimental groups and covers a broad range of biological topics that include chronobiology, modelling of microbial communities as well as modelling of metabolic and signal transduction pathways in different disease contexts.

We use a broad range of methods in bioinformatics and biomathematics to analyse the dynamics and evolutionary development of complex biological processes.

We have a full time PhD position available for three years starting from summer 2016. The candidate shall contribute to our research on human NAD biosynthesis and consumption, and its interaction with other pathways.
