Postdoctoral position at the Institute of Molecular Psychiatry, University of Bonn Medical School, Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate, interested in the study of the endocannabinoid system in the manifestations of neuropathic pain conditions using genetically modified mice. The study is funded within a EU project.
The candidate should be highly motivated and have a good knowledge of molecular biology and neuroscience as well as of mouse breeding. Experience in the behavioral analysis of genetically modified mice would also be useful. Candidates should also have a good command of written and spoken English.
We offer a position in a friendly, highly visible international research team, operating in an outstanding neuroscience environment. Our laboratory is located in a modern building with state-of-the-art equipment. We are well connected in the scientific community. Participation in this project is a chance to make an important contribution to science and to learn new techniques.
The position is available from 01.01.2016 and is funded for 3 years.
Salary will be according to the German salary scale TV-L E13.
