Field Sales Representative for Poland (m/f)
Located in Germany

The Position
The Field Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by identifying potential customers, introducing them to our products and working with them by providing technical support and customer service so as to ensure that they purchase products and become “happy customers”. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that the target revenue for the territory is achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing customers to ensure that a long-term relationship is established and they are aware of all existing and new products with a view to meeting revenue target for territory
  • Locate new potential customers via various avenues
  • Follow up with all leads to identify if they are potential customers
  • Work with prospects to ensure that as many as possible become customers
  • Adhere to sales processes implemented by the company
  • Provide quality customer service and technical support
  • Attend monthly Product trainings organized by the European technical support team
  • Attend European bi-annual and annual global Sales meetings
  • Contact existing customers to inform them of new applicable products
  • Keep in contact with existing customers to maximize revenue
  • Document all communications and interactions with customers in
  • Visit customers and organize demos as required
  • Assist other representatives with technical queries and follow-ups when they are away from the office
  • Attend conferences, vendors shows as required
  • Liaise with sales support staff to organize mailings, shipments, etc.
  • Liaise with Grenoble order processing staff to assist getting orders shipped as required
  • Provide feedback to R&D from customers re the use of products, improvements that could be made and new products that are required
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and appropriate Managers on local market
  • Determine end users on all orders for the purpose of record keeping and identifying new accounts
  • Prepare written faxes, price quotations, etc at the customers’ request
  • Travel 30-40% of time
  • Work from home German location in Cologne or home office from where you can easily access Poland
  • Report to the Sales Director located in Cologne (Germany).
Your Profile
  • MSc or PhD preferably in Immunology, Hematology, Molecular Biology, Stem Cell Biology
  • First sales experiences is required
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Polish and English fluent, candidates with additional German language skills are preferred
