Sales Application Specialist for North-Western Europe

Activities and responsibilities

Your primary role as sales application specialist is the responsibility for achieving revenue targets through application & technical support and related tasks in the respective region. You will be working from home office and travelling to visit clients, with national and international travel. Your location should be in Germany and the role will require extensive travel in Europe.

Key requirements:
  • Managing your region and portfolio of our LC-MS/MS, Immunology and Molecular Biology products to achieve revenue targets
  • Understand customer user requirements and how they relate to product functionality and performance
  • Perform kit demonstrations and installations as well as provide first level technical support for our systems when needed
  • Report, manage and track all customer related sales opportunities

Qualification profile

  • You have a scientific or technical background in biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related fields.
  • You are seeing your professional future within application-oriented consultation.
  • You have first experiences in sales or application of in-vitro diagnostic products and an analytical mindset as well as high customer orientation. Beginners with the same attitude are also welcome.
  • You have very good English and German communication skills. Knowledge of any other additional European language is an advantage.
  • You are capable of working independently and as a part of a global team.
  • You are willing to travel up to 75%.
