Working Student/Support International Donor Recruitment (m/f) (20 hours/week)
The department of International Donor Recruitment ensures standard operating procedures by coordinating and training existing DKMS entities. Further, the team organizes transnational patient campaigns with the aim to inform and register new potential donors, with particular regard to young (male) as well as multi-cultural donors, to enlist in our database. Diversification of our database is important, as the tissue characteristics that are relevant for successful stem cell transplantations are regionally different. Therefore, cultural groups which are underrepresented in the worldwide databases are of special interest.
Your tasks:
• Administrative support of the team International Donor Recruitment
• Preparation of presentations
• Internet researches
• Communication with all foreign DKMS entities
• Participate in the organization of international donor recruitment events or hold informational sessions
• Data management and entry
Required skills:
• Fluent in English and German obligatory, Spanish or other languages beneficial
• Flexible working time
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and communicative function
• International mindset, intercultural experiences
• Confidence and natural curiosity about work related topics
• Team oriented and self-contained
• Possible as a student job
