Dr. Knoell Consult Thai Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of the international organization knoell group (with worldwide >500 employees). Besides the head o ffi ces in Germany further o ffi ces and subsidiaries exist in Europe, the US, China and Thailand.

We act as a full service provider for regulatory aff airs in Thailand and surrounding Asian countries. In close cooperation with our offi ces around the globe we off er worldwide regulatory services to industry for agrochemicals, biocides and  industrial chemicals.

To support our dynamic team in Thailand, we are currently seeking for an

     Chemist for Regulatory Affairs (m/f)
     Ref. No. 2016-50/HP

Role and responsibilities:
  •  Project management of projects handling registration of Chemicals in ASEAN countries for Industrial Chemicals, Biocides and Cosmetics
  • Research and evaluation of guidelines regarding registration of chemicals in ASEAN countries
  • Communication and close co-operation with our clients, in particular global industries, local partners and regulatory authorities
  • Participation in international conferences and workshops

Profile and qualifications:
  • University degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry,
    Toxicology, or related sciences
  • Fluent language skills in Thai and English (spoken and written)
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in the area of chemical regulations/ product stewardship
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and laws governing the use of chemicals, biocides, and cosmetics as set by Governments/Industry
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with competent authorities
  • Self-driven, Proactive, Well-structured
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and self-motivated
  • Willingness to learn and extend knowledge to different countries and scientific areas
