To support our team we are currently seeking a

     Experienced Regulatory Toxicologist (m/f) - Industrial Chemicals
     Ref. No. 2016-29/JV


Role and Responsibilities
  • Assessment of the toxicological hazard profile of industrial chemicals, cosmetics, food contact materials
  • Setting up of registration strategies for the human health section, including planning and monitoring of toxicological studies
  • Preparation of study summaries including evaluation of the study reports
  • Performance of human exposure and risk assessment
  • Communication and close co-operation with our customers and regulatory bodies, i.e. ECHA
  • Preparation of expert statements and position papers

Profile and Qualifications
  • University degree in toxicology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Toxicology for REACh and other related regulations with a special emphasis on hazard, exposure and risk assessment as well as Classification and Labelling (GHS/CLP)
  • Working experience of at least 8 years, preferably in the industrial chemicals sector (REACh)
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent language skills in English (spoken and written); additional language skills would be an asset
