Your Role
  • Working on innovation projects for development of new raw materials and new B2B products
  • Working on B2B project requests from the regional application centers
  • Support in optimizing scientific know-how as well as development methodology and technology
  • Constantly optimizing costs in innovation and customer projects while working with quality assurance
  • Giving technical advice to product managers and sales managers in terms of communicating new raw materials and new B2B products as well as their product-related application
  • Giving advice to and assist application centers in the application of new raw materials and new B2B products
  • Maintain product-specific master data in the IT system
  • Provide information and data for the maintenance of recipe documentation and raw material management

Your Profile
  • Successfully completed master-degree, ideally PhD, in food chemistry, food technology or the like
  • 1-3 years of work experience in R&D in Food & Beverage industry or PhD in the related field
  • Experience in working with sweeteners and health ingredients (e.g. vitamins, fibers, proteins)
  • Experience in searching and understanding of scientific literature and patents
  • Very good command of English, written and spoken
  • Communicative competence and problem-solving skills
  • Profound knowledge of common Windows- and MS-Office-applications
  • Strong customer focus
  • Structured and self dependent working style
