Research Assistant/ PhD candidate - salary grade 13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen
Participation in the EU funded project P2Endure with the aim of developing adaptable plug-and-play-systems for deep renovation of building envelopes and technical systems. You will support the project's work package of the TU Berlin aimed at developing a modular process for deep renovation by integrating and developing information models of buildings with software instruments supporting
decision-making. You will also be responsible for 10+ case studies of deep renovation projects across Europe and the development of virtual demonstrators for evaluating the energetic renovation potential for the case studies. PhD preparation is possible.
Successful candidates must have completed a university degree (Diplom, Master or equivalent) in a related engineering discipline; knowledge of buildings and their energetic behaviour, best paired with building modeling and simulation skills; advanced PC and software development skills; excellent English language skills
