THE POSITION

In your global role, you ensure (GxP) data integrity in the Animal Health division and collaborate with local contacts to implement the adequate (GxP) data integrity strategy in the international network of R&D and manufacturing sites.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As Manager for Data Integrity in Global Quality Animal Health, you bring in your skills in quality systems management to ensure Data Integrity implementation and compliance in the Animal Health division.
  • Therefore, one of your key tasks will be to define the strategy, governance model and manage the Data Integrity compliance in the Animal Health division.
  • You develop a training strategy to support Data Integrity knowledge and share examples of solution to address Data Integrity challenges.
  • In addition, as DMSO (Divisional Management System Owner) you are the first contact for local MSOs (Management System Owner) related to Data Integrity, an interface between local MSOs and global MSO.
  • Thanks to your expertise, you define and report indicators on the level of risk regarding Data Integrity in the Animal Health division (Operations and R&D) and you propose solution to mitigate the risks.

Requirements

  • Scientific education with minimum Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Long-term experience in Quality Systems management with experience in Computerized Systems Validation and Data Integrity.
  • Proven operational experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance department
  • Proven leadership competency in a matrix environment
  • Several years of management (direct and indirect) experience in an international context
  • Good knowledge of international GxP requirements, Quality systems and Quality management principles
  • Project Management skills in a complex international environment of multiple projects
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, combined with an autonomous, analytical and organized working style
