Working Student Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

Activities and responsibilities

  • Map out training plans, design and develop training programs with resource partners (outsourced   or in-house)
  • Administrate training activities
  • Support proof reading and translation
  • Plan training resources for certified training events (materials and personnel)
  • Support content development projects to keep track on project plans
  • Support activities to assess instructional effectiveness and summarise evaluation reports determining the impact of training on target group skills in different level of utilization
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and others) and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design
  • Upload customer training results to database and inform stakeholders
  • Administrate training events in Cvent.com
  • Support Company Learning Management System utilization as a Corning Learning Training Coordinator
  • Plan and organize train-the-trainer and Channel training events
  • Manage and maintain training facilities, resources and equipment for several types of training activities
  • Help with the online and offline communication towards members of our loyalty programmes

Qualification profile

  • Registered university student in the sphere of Business Administration or similar studies (a specialization in marketing is highly preferred)• Quick learner
  • Structured thinker
  • Able to stay on top of things
  • Communicative person
  • Fluent German & English (other languages: French, Spanish, Russian helpful)
  • Microsoft Office know-how
  • The employment as a working student is part time (min 16 and max 20 working hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester breaks)
