Core responsibilities:
  • Work in a team on microbiological patient diagnostics
  • Work independently in scientific research
  • Work in a team in teaching, supporting and supervising students
  • Involvement in the Institute‘s quality management

Academic requirements:
  • University degree in Medicine
  • Experience in microbiological diagnostics desirable

Personal requirements:
  • Meticulous, exact, and dependable worker
  • Conscientious and autonomous
  • Well organized
  • Competent communicator
  • Demonstrable skills in spoken and written German

Given positive periodic evaluations, longer-term personal development options are possible through a qualification agreement.

We offer a collectively agreed minimum wage of € 2.917,93 (gross x14) plus possible benefits.

We offer a broad spectrum of modern diagnostic methods. The Institute is located in an attractive environment on the new MED CAMPUS of the Medical University of Graz. Participation in the Institute’s clinical-microbiological and/or basic research projects is desired.

About Medizinische Universität Graz

Basierend auf unserem wissenschaftlichen Auftrag führen wir mikrobiologische Diagnostik bei Patienten durch und übernehmen Aufgaben in der Infektionsprävention.
