Process Manager (m/f) BioInject, Sandoz GmbH Schaftenau

Area of Responsibility

  • Support the Process Unit Head with all process specific issues and through continuous improvement in quality and efficiency
  • Perform trainings of production people regarding GMP and HSE in collaboration with Supervisor
  • Liaise and collaborate with QA/QC, Engineering, Registration etc.
  • Support process evaluations and process changes
  • Supports implementation of general standards defined by the Process Unit and Support Units
  • Maintain and adhere to cGMP, assures compliant production and GMP-documents (SOPs, Manufacturing Procedures and Validation)
  • Supports and assures implementation of safety measures and standardization of processes
  • Implementation and monitoring of a concept for Overall Equipment Efficiency (OOE)
  • Support technical projects to introduce new technologies and improve efficiency


  • Education: Apprenticeship and higher education (e.g. supervisor education) or technical school, ideally green/black belt training or IQP training
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally experience in process improvement and IQP projects, good understanding of manufacturing processes and familiar with GMP standards
