Associate Scientist Process Analytics (m/f)

Area of Responsibility

  • Analytical characterization of recombinant therapeutic proteins using chromatographic and electrophoretic methods
  • Execution of analyses by HPLC, CE and ELISA
  • Evaluation and interpretation of analytical data and compilation of reports
  • Development of analytical methods, conduction and supervision of method validations and transfers to contract laboratories
  • Plan, organize, perform and document scientific experiments under minimal supervision (literature search, experimental design, execution and interpretation)
  • Responsibility for laboratory equipment, including administration of maintenance and preparation of respective documents for qualification


  • Education: Master in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, biology or microbiology preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience or PhD in the mentioned subjects
  • Languages: German / English
  • Experience: Good EDV and Microsoft Office knowledge, first experience in characterization and analysis of proteins as well as experience in the development of HPLC and electrophoretic methods
