You are looking for a challenging position in a fast-moving CRO environment and a company that offers you a
high level of flexibility as well as a pleasant work atmosphere? SynteractHCR is looking for a CRA to monitor our clinical trials and manage our clients’ sites. You have extensive hands-on experience in monitoring clinical trials and you are already familiar with a various number of trials? Then we are looking forward to your application.
Your Tasks
  • Responsible for monitoring clinical trials and tracking study progress for our client
  • Interface with the SynteractHCR local study team to ensure timely initiation and completion of clinical trials
  • Collect study-related data and assist with the preparation, review and submission of regulatory documents to regulatory authorities
  • Contribute to the overall management of trials in accordance with ICH-GCP standards, local requirements and SOPs
  • Start-up, maintenance and closure activities of clinical studies including TMF and study documentation maintenance
Your profile
  • Degree in life sciences or a related field of study, or a combination of studies, nursing qualification and experience
  • 3 - 4 years of experience as CRA or similar position
  • Ideally experience in monitoring oncology and/ or respiratory trials
  • Good scientific knowledge and understanding of clinical trials
  • Good ICH-GCP and legal regulatory requirements knowledge
  • Motivated, dedicated and service-oriented approach
  • Distinctive organizational skills, good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced English language skills, IT proficiency
  • Willingness to travel
