Global Clinical Project Manager (Belgium/ Brussels)

We are looking for a dedicated Global Clinical Project Manager to successfully manage global clinical studies and multifunctional teams. Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Execution and delivery of the study to time, budget and quality as defined in the Development Plans and study protocol
  • Ensure successful and high quality delivery of the study in accordance with ICH/GCP and other regulatory requirements
  • Definition of study operational model and development of study plan
  • Lead clinical and non-clinical functions and take operational decisions to ensure the study delivery
  • Identification of resource requirements, preparation of study management and monitoring plan
  • Maintenance and Development of standard tools to track delivery to time, cost and quality
  • Establish a study performance reporting tool and communication progress
  • Leadership and project management of global and in-country activities
  • Close collaboration with the Clinical Development Manager, Epidemiologist and Country Medical Directors
Your Profile
  • University Degree in General Science or Life Science and 8 years + experience in a similar position
  • Excellent leadership and project management experience
  • Distinctive experience in managing global clinical trials and multifunctional teams
  • Very good understanding of the clinical research and clinical trial management associated regulatory, processes and quality requirements.
  • Ability to deliver high quality results according to tight deadlines without losing sight of budgets
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills
  • Ability to handle and motivate your team – especially under high pressure
  • Advanced IT skills and knowledge of study related systems/ software
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
