Global Process Owner* Plan to Produce
Your main responsibilities are:
- As global process owner (GPO), you are responsible for all processes in the functional area production planning. You coordinate design decisions with the local process owners. In this area you create and own process templates with the support of the experts in the design and optimization team
- Projects or workstreams in this area are coordinated/managed by the GPO. As GPO, you are involved in defining the projects and the scope. In the early project phase you specify the conceptual design. As an experienced industry expert, you mentor the expert teams in these projects.
- You establish a strong community between the local and global experts with the involvement of key stakeholders in operation
- You are responsible as global process owner* in the pharmaceutical industry to take care of the computer system validation requirements
- You steer process implementations in specialized Supply Chain systems
What you have to offer:
- Successfully completed degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business or equivalent
- 10 years + professional experience in the supply chain planning (production, network, material), ideally in implementation, excellence or optimization projects in the respective functional area in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, operations
- Excellent project management skills as well as deep knowledge of SAP (Planning Systems, Scheduling, Production Planning, Network Planning, Material Planning, Demand Planning, Strategic Planning, Operations Research)
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing work environment with dynamic targets while managing and interacting with several business areas
- Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken)
